Getting started

Locate search, Goals, saved sessions, community sets, and your account.

  1. Open the Nosca web app. On a narrow screen, click the menu button at the top left, labeled "Open sidebar". If the desktop sidebar shows only icons, click "Expand sidebar" to see their names.
  2. Click "New search" to return to the composer where you enter a topic, paste notes or a YouTube link, or attach study material.
  3. Click "Goals" to open your study plans. If the button says "Goals · Plus", open it to see the account or plan access information.
  4. Click a saved session in the sidebar to reopen it. The magnifying glass labeled "Search history" helps you find an older session.
  5. Click "Community Reels" to browse sets. When signed in, click "Your Sets" to manage sets you have created.
  6. Click your avatar or username near the bottom of the sidebar. In that menu, choose "Settings" for preferences, your account row for account settings, or "Help" for this guide.

Use your Nosca account to access your saved learning and account features.

  1. Click "Login" in the sidebar, or use the sign-in action shown when a feature requires an account. An account menu may also offer "Log in / Sign up".
  2. If you already have an account, enter your "Username" and "Password", then click "Login". Use your username in the username field.
  3. To register, click "Create one" beneath the sign-in form. Enter a username and the email address you want attached to your account.
  4. Click "Send" beside the email field. Open the verification email, enter its code in "Enter verification code", and click "Verify Email".
  5. Return to the form and enter a password that meets the requirements shown. Read the linked Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and select the agreement checkbox.
  6. Click "Create Account". If a field displays an error, correct that field and submit again after any current request finishes.
  7. If an existing account needs verification, follow "Verify your account", enter the "Verification code", and click "Verify Account". Use "Resend Code" if you need another code.

Open the Help Center from the web or iPhone, then find instructions for your platform.

  1. Open the sidebar, click your avatar or account menu, and choose "Help". This opens the Help Center on the web.
  2. At the top of the Help Center, find the "Web" / "iOS" toggle immediately to the right of "Open app". Browser links select Web automatically. Choose "Web" whenever you use Nosca in a browser, including Safari on your phone.
  3. Enter a feature, action, or problem in the Help Center search bar. Try terms such as "upload PDF", "quiz", "password", "sound", or "goal".
  4. Click a matching result. The search box folds closed and opens the article. The example highlights where each control is located. Use the previous and next arrows above the diagram to move at your own pace, "Pause" to stop playback, or "Replay" to start again. Follow the numbered directions below it.
  5. On a wide screen, use "In this guide" on the left to jump to a chapter. On a smaller screen, click the menu button at the top right, labeled "Open guide chapters", and choose a chapter. Click any article title to open its directions.

Take the short tour again after your first visit.

  1. Open the account menu, click "Settings", and select "Utilities".
  2. Find "Tutorial" and click "Replay tutorial". The tour opens inside the settings frame.
  3. Click "Next" to move through the pages. On the last page, click "Start learning".
  4. Use "Skip tour" or the close button if you want to leave early. You can replay the tour from Utilities again at any time.

The web introduction appears automatically once per browser storage state. Replaying it manually does not require clearing your history or account data.

Search and study materials

Describe what you want to learn, choose your level, and send your search.

  1. Click "New search" in the sidebar. Click the text box with the "Ask Nosca" placeholder.
  2. Describe the specific concept or task you want to understand. For example: "Explain how to solve quadratic equations by completing the square, with worked examples." Include the course or exam when it matters.
  3. Open "Knowledge level" beside the plus button and choose "Beginner", "Intermediate", or "Advanced" to match your starting knowledge.
  4. If you want to change generation mode, use the "Fast" and "Slow" toggle at the top of the New search page before submitting. The selected option is highlighted.
  5. Read your request once before submitting. Click the upward-arrow button labeled "Send".
  6. On a desktop keyboard, Enter also submits and Shift+Enter adds a new line. On a touch device, use the arrow to submit.
  7. Wait for the lesson feed to open. Read any message below the composer if the search cannot start; it may ask for sign-in, verification, a valid source, or available plan usage.

A focused request gives Nosca clearer direction. If you want a schedule with milestones and review tasks, use Goals instead of putting a whole study timetable into a single search.

Paste the material you are studying and add enough context to explain what you need.

  1. Open "New search" and click the "Ask Nosca" text box.
  2. Paste your notes or the relevant passage. Include headings or the subject name so the material has context.
  3. State what you need help understanding alongside the notes, such as the relationship between two ideas or how to apply a formula.
  4. Choose your "Knowledge level", then click the upward-arrow "Send" button.
  5. If the material is long or easier to keep in its original document, attach the document instead. You can add instructions in the composer after attaching it.

Paste a YouTube video link into the composer to use that source.

  1. Copy the link to the public YouTube video you want to study.
  2. Click "New search" and paste the video link into "Ask Nosca". For a direct video submission, use the link by itself.
  3. Choose your "Knowledge level" and click the upward-arrow "Send" button.
  4. Wait while Nosca reads the source and prepares the feed. Availability of the video and its usable transcript can affect whether the source can be processed.
  5. If an error identifies the link as unsupported or unavailable, check that you copied a public video link and can open that video before trying again.

Generating a lesson from a video link uses public YouTube sources. The community set editor has its own supported-link list; its Instagram and TikTok options do not make those links valid for the lesson composer.

Add up to 10 study materials, remove the wrong file, and include optional instructions.

  1. Open "New search" and click the plus button labeled "Attach documents or photos" beside the composer.
  2. Choose one or more files in your device’s file picker. You can also drag files onto the search page and drop them when "Drop files to attach" appears.
  3. Use PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or HEIF files. Each file must be nonempty and no larger than 10 MiB, and a search can contain up to 10 files.
  4. Check the filename chips above the text box and the attachment count. Click the X labeled "Remove" followed by the filename to remove an unwanted attachment before sending.
  5. Type optional directions in "Add instructions (optional)", such as which chapter, diagram, or concept to focus on. Choose your "Knowledge level".
  6. Click the upward-arrow "Send" button. If a validation message appears, correct the indicated file or count and submit again.

For photographed notes, use a clear, readable image with the whole relevant page in view. Changing a filename extension does not convert an unsupported file into a supported document.

Tell Nosca how much background knowledge to assume when preparing your learning.

  1. Before submitting a search, open "Knowledge level" at the bottom of the composer.
  2. Choose "Beginner" when you need foundations, "Intermediate" when you know the basics, or "Advanced" when you already understand the subject’s core ideas.
  3. Add a more specific explanation of your background to the prompt when useful, then send the search.
  4. For a study plan, set "Current level" in the Goals creation form separately. While watching, use "Got it" and "Need help" to give feedback on individual reels.

Browse suggested topics when you are not sure what to learn next.

  1. Click "New search" to return to Home. The "Try a search" area near the composer offers topic suggestions.
  2. Scroll down on Home to reach "Discover" and browse its topic cards.
  3. Read a card’s topic and click its "Search" action to start a search for that topic. This clears any existing attachments in the composer.
  4. If you prefer a narrower version of a topic, enter your own request in "Ask Nosca" and choose the level before sending.
  5. To control whether your own eligible future topic searches may appear in Discover, open Settings, then Utilities, and review "Share searches in Discover".

Watch, ask, and practice

Move through the feed, pause, turn sound on, seek, and adjust playback.

  1. Start a search or reopen a session from sidebar history. When the reel feed appears, click the video or "Play" control to start playback if it is paused.
  2. Scroll vertically through the feed to move between reels. On a touch screen, swipe up for the next reel and down to go back.
  3. Click the video or "Pause" when you need time to think. Click the speaker control labeled "Unmute" to hear the reel, or "Mute" to silence it.
  4. For a YouTube reel, use the progress bar beneath the player to seek within the available clip.
  5. Open the gear labeled "Playback settings" for autoplay and the "Playback speed" slider. Move the slider to the displayed speed you want.
  6. When you are not typing in another control, Space toggles play or pause and M toggles mute.
  7. Use the top-left back button to return to the main page, or "Back to Goal" when learning from a goal task.

See the concepts in a lesson and how much of the current plan you have covered.

  1. In a regular search’s reel feed, look for "Search plan" near the top when a plan is available. The compact panel shows the number of concepts covered and a progress bar.
  2. Click "Search plan" to expand it. Scroll inside the expanded panel to inspect the concepts in the lesson.
  3. Read "Videos searched with" beneath a concept when it is present to see the search terms associated with that learning unit.
  4. Covered concepts are marked in the list. The panel explains that progress uses your "Got it" feedback and completed quizzes.
  5. Click the Search plan header again to collapse it and continue watching.
  6. When "Good place to stop" appears at the end of the current plan, choose "Review available reels" if you want to revisit the lesson, or use the back control to leave.

Search plan progress describes your current learning activity. It is not a guarantee of lasting recall, and it is separate from the agenda and task status of a Goal.

Use Got it and Need help to give feedback on the current reel.

  1. While watching a reel, find the feedback controls beside the player.
  2. Click the thumbs-up labeled "Got it" when the explanation makes sense.
  3. Click the thumbs-down labeled "Need help" when you need more explanation or a different approach.
  4. Open "AI chat" if you want to ask a specific question about the idea. For more context, open "Reel info".
  5. Continue watching and answer recall questions when they appear. These responses provide additional learning feedback.

Feedback helps personalize the learning sequence. It is not a delete or hide control for the source video.

Find takeaways, source context, and the explanation of why the reel matches your request.

  1. Open a reel in the feed and click the ellipsis labeled "Reel info".
  2. Read "AI Summary" for an overview and "Key Takeaways" for the main points.
  3. Scroll inside the information panel to "Video Description" and "Why This Matches". Use "View more" to expand long text or "View less" to collapse it when those controls are offered.
  4. Continue to "Transcript" when transcript content is available. A long transcript has its own scrollable area.
  5. Close the information panel with its X when you want to return to the unobstructed feed.

The information shown depends on the source and the data available for that reel. A missing transcript section does not mean there is a separate transcript button to enable.

Open AI chat and ask for clarification, an example, or a walkthrough.

  1. Open the reel you want to ask about. Click the speech-bubble control labeled "AI chat" beside the player.
  2. Click the field that says "Ask about this reel..." and type your question.
  3. Be specific about the part you did not follow, such as "Why does the sign change in the second step?" or "Can you give another example of this concept?".
  4. Click the upward-arrow button labeled "Send message". Wait for the reply in the chat panel.
  5. Read the response and type a follow-up in the same field if needed. Close the chat with its X to return to the full player.

Choose an answer, read the explanation, and see what to revisit.

  1. When a recall check appears in the feed, read the question and its answer choices. The progress indicator shows which question you are on.
  2. Click the answer you think is correct. Selecting an answer submits that choice; there is no separate Submit button.
  3. Read the revealed correct answer and its explanation. If offered after an incorrect answer, click "Replay the explanation" to revisit the teaching.
  4. Click "Next question" after reading the feedback. After the final question, click "See results".
  5. Review your score, "Recalled in this check", and "Revisit". Click "Continue learning" when you are ready to move on.
  6. If you need to postpone a check, use "Later" when it is available. Follow the resulting feed state rather than repeatedly submitting an answer.

Record an explanation and read Nosca’s transcript and feedback.

  1. When "Explain it in your own words" appears in your learning session, read the prompt about the idea to explain.
  2. Click the round control labeled "Record explanation". Allow microphone access in your browser if prompted.
  3. Explain the idea in your own words, as if teaching someone new to it. A recording can last up to two minutes.
  4. Click "Stop recording" when finished. Stopping sends the recording to Nosca automatically for AI feedback.
  5. Wait for the transcript under "You" and feedback under "Nosca". Read both before leaving the exercise.
  6. If feedback fails and recovery controls appear, you can listen to the recording, choose "Try feedback again" or "Send for AI feedback", or use "Delete recording".
  7. Use the control labeled "Done with explanation" to continue after feedback. Before recording, "Skip for now" lets you pass the exercise when that option is offered.

Stopping a recording is also the send action. Check the disclosure on the speaking screen before recording; you do not need to share passwords or other private account details in your explanation.

Goals and study plans

Specify your target, starting level, available time, and optional study materials.

  1. Click "Goals" in the sidebar. If access information appears, sign in and review the plan requirements shown. Once inside Goals, click the plus button labeled "Create goal".
  2. In "Course, exam, or topic", enter the specific subject. In "What should you be able to do?", describe an observable result, such as solving a type of problem without notes.
  3. Choose "Current level". Add a future "Test or deadline" if you have one.
  4. Under "Schedule", select "Days you can study", enter "Minutes per session", and check "Timezone". Choose realistic availability for the plan.
  5. Under optional "Context", enter "Weak areas or teacher guidance" if those details should affect the plan.
  6. To include source material, click "Add documents or images" or "Browse". Review the file names and remove unwanted files with their X controls; the picker shows supported formats and remaining slots.
  7. Click "Build my plan". Correct any highlighted field errors, then wait for the generated draft to open for review.

Answer planner questions, check the agenda, revise inputs, and approve the plan.

  1. After building a goal, read its status, learning target, schedule, and any notices above the "Agenda".
  2. If the planner needs more detail, click "Continue setup", answer the clarification fields, and click "Regenerate plan".
  3. Expand agenda tasks with their chevrons. Read "What you’ll learn", "What you’ll prove", and any prerequisite information.
  4. If the target or schedule needs changing, click "Revise inputs", update the form, and rebuild the plan.
  5. If the plan warns that reviews extend beyond your deadline, decide whether to revise the scope or availability before proceeding.
  6. When the draft matches your goal, click "Activate plan". Check that the goal now shows active tasks instead of an unapproved draft.

Open a scheduled task from Goals or Today’s tasks and return to the same learning context.

  1. Click "Goals", open the goal, and look at its "Agenda". You can also use "Today’s tasks" on the New search page when tasks are scheduled for today.
  2. Expand a task to read its learning target and dependencies. Choose the available Start or Continue action for the task you want to work on.
  3. If a task is "Locked", read its prerequisites and work on an available prerequisite first. A "Draft" or "Planned" label is not a start button.
  4. Watch the task’s reels, give feedback, and complete the offered learning checks.
  5. When the completion screen appears, choose "Back to Goal" to see the plan or "Keep learning" to continue within the task.
  6. To resume later, reopen that task from the goal or its saved History session. Goal sessions carry a "Goals" label in web history.

Reaching the end of currently available reels is not the same as completing or mastering a goal task. Use the task status and assessment feedback shown by Nosca.

Search your goals, inspect progress, and restore an archived plan.

  1. Open "Goals" and use the list or agenda view control to choose how to browse your plans.
  2. Click the magnifying glass labeled "Open goals search", then type in "Search goals". Clear or close the search when you want the complete list.
  3. In the list view, use the progress or deadline column controls to change their sorting order. Click a goal row to inspect that plan.
  4. To set an active goal aside, open it and click "Archive". The list also offers selection controls for archiving selected goals.
  5. Open the archived section when you need an archived goal. Open the goal and click "Restore" to bring it back.

History, your sets, and community

Use sidebar history and its search to get back to an earlier lesson.

  1. Sign in to the account that owns the session, then open or expand the sidebar.
  2. Click the session title in the sidebar to reopen its feed.
  3. If you do not see it, click the magnifying glass labeled "Search history".
  4. Type a memorable part of the topic or title in "Search recent sessions". The dialog shows matching sessions as you type.
  5. Click a matching row to reopen it. Clear the field to browse recent sessions without a filter.
  6. If you still cannot find it, check that you are in the correct account and that the session was not removed by Delete or Clear search data.

Manage one saved session without clearing your whole search history.

  1. Open the sidebar and find the session you want to manage.
  2. Open the ellipsis menu beside that session. On desktop, move over the row if you need to reveal the action button.
  3. Choose "Star" to mark it, or "Unstar" to remove that mark.
  4. Choose "More information" to inspect the saved session’s information, then close the information dialog when finished.
  5. Choose "Delete" only when you want to remove that saved history item. To remove all search data instead, use the separate Utilities control.

Search shared sets, read their descriptions, and open a set in the feed.

  1. Click "Community Reels" in the sidebar to open "Community Sets".
  2. Browse the featured sets or open the magnifying glass labeled "Open community search" and enter a query in the sets search field.
  3. Click a set to read its title, curator, description, and "About this set" information.
  4. If the set has multiple preview reels, use "Previous reel" and "Next reel" on the preview to inspect them.
  5. Click "View Reels" to open the set in the reel feed. The action is unavailable if the set has no playable reels.
  6. Use the back control to return to the directory when you want to browse another set.

Add a title, description, cover, and reel links, then save a draft or publish the collection.

  1. Sign in with a verified account and click "Your Sets" in the sidebar. Click the plus button labeled "Create set".
  2. Under "Set details", fill in "Name" and "Description". Use the character guidance beside the fields to meet their requirements.
  3. Add relevant "Tags" using commas to separate them. You can remove a tag with its X if needed.
  4. Choose the thumbnail area to browse for a PNG, JPG, or WebP cover image, or drop an image there. Check the preview; "Remove" clears an unwanted cover.
  5. Under "Reels", paste a supported YouTube, Instagram reel, or TikTok URL into a reel row. Click "Add another reel" for each additional source.
  6. If "Clip Range" sliders become available after duration detection, adjust the start and end. Preview each link and correct any invalid URL or clip-range message.
  7. Review the set preview. Click "Save draft" if you want to continue editing later, or "Post set" when you want to publish the collection.
  8. Read the publish result before leaving. If posting failed, correct the displayed problem and try again; a filled-out form alone does not mean the set was published.

Posting a set shares it with the community. Saving a draft and posting are separate actions; review the links, description, and cover before you post.

Find a collection you own, update it, or remove it from the shared list.

  1. Click "Your Sets" in the sidebar. Use the magnifying glass labeled "Open your sets search" and search by a recognizable part of the set name.
  2. Open a set row, or use its ellipsis menu and choose "Edit".
  3. Update the name, description, tags, cover, or reel links. Review any field errors and the preview.
  4. Click "Save Set Changes" and wait for the save result before leaving the editor.
  5. From a set’s ellipsis menu, choose "Star" or "Unstar" to change its mark. Use "Delete" only when you want to remove the set and confirm the deletion dialog.
  6. If you leave with unsaved draft changes, read the save-or-discard dialog and choose deliberately; discarding does not save those edits.

Settings and your account

Find the source preferences, default sound setting, and autoplay controls.

  1. Open the account menu and click "Settings". Select "Search" from the settings categories.
  2. Review "Similarity threshold", "Creative Commons only", and "Source video length". Read the descriptions beside them and any availability message before changing the controls.
  3. For "Source video length", select "Any length", "Short", "Medium", or "Long". This setting describes source videos, not a fixed duration for every reel.
  4. Select "Playback" to change "Start all reels muted" or "Autoplay next reel".
  5. Click "Save" at the bottom to apply preferences that require saving. The playback page identifies audio changes that apply immediately.
  6. If you close Settings with unsaved changes, choose "Save", "Discard", or "Keep Editing" in the dialog according to what you intend.

Choose the appearance that is easiest to read on your device.

  1. Open the account menu, choose "Settings", and select "Appearance".
  2. Choose "Light" for a light interface, "Dark" for a dark interface, or "System" to follow this device’s appearance.
  3. The appearance changes immediately. Check the result, then close Settings when you are satisfied.
  4. Repeat the choice in the other browser or device if you want to set its appearance separately.

Allow alerts and check the separate browser or iPhone permission when they do not appear.

  1. Sign in, open "Settings", and select "Learning".
  2. Under "Notifications", find "Lesson-ready notifications" and click "Enable".
  3. Allow notifications in the browser permission prompt. Read the status message in Settings to confirm what happened.
  4. To turn these alerts off, return to the same control and click "Disable".
  5. If the browser has blocked notifications, update the notification permission for the Nosca site in the browser’s site settings, then return to Nosca and try enabling them again.
  6. If the browser reports that alerts are unsupported, return to Nosca to check your lessons directly. Enabling an account preference cannot override a denied or unavailable browser permission.

See your current plan, remaining searches, reset time, and billing actions.

  1. Sign in to the account whose plan you want to inspect. Open "Settings" and choose "Plan & Usage".
  2. Read "Current plan", the searches left today, and the usage line showing the reset time. Use the live values shown for your account.
  3. Click "View plans" to compare the currently available plans, prices, and included features.
  4. If you have an eligible subscription, use "Manage current plan" or "Manage subscription" when offered to open billing management.
  5. Review and complete any subscription change in the billing page, then return to Nosca to check the resulting status.
  6. If the account information did not load, use "Try again" when shown. Check that you are signed in to the correct account before starting another purchase.

Plan availability, prices, limits, and reset times come from the current account screen. This guide does not substitute a fixed price or quota for those live values.

Open your profile editor and save the identity you use in Nosca.

  1. Open the account menu, click your account row, or choose "Settings" and then "Account".
  2. Click "Edit profile" beneath your account information.
  3. Edit "Username" and follow the username guidance shown. Click the profile-picture button labeled "Choose a profile picture" to choose a photo.
  4. Review the resulting username and picture, then click the profile editor’s "Save" button.
  5. Wait for the save result. Use "Cancel" if you want to leave without applying the profile edit.

Find the password form and end your session on the current device.

  1. Open the account menu, choose "Settings", and select "Account".
  2. Under "Password", click "Update password".
  3. Enter "Current password", "New password", and "Confirm new password". Make sure the two new-password entries match.
  4. Click "Update password" and read the confirmation or error. If the app asks you to sign in again, use the new password.
  5. To sign out without changing your password, use "Sign out" under "Session". The account popover also offers "Log out".

The password-change form requires your current password. If you cannot sign in and do not know it, use Contact support rather than entering guessed account details into the form.

Choose whether eligible future topic searches may be shared.

  1. Sign in, open "Settings", and select "Utilities".
  2. Find "Share searches in Discover" and read the explanation beside it.
  3. Turn the switch on if you want eligible future topic searches made while it is enabled to be able to appear, or off to stop that future sharing.
  4. Click "Save" to apply the preference.
  5. Open "Read the Discover privacy details" beside the setting for the policy describing public content and its handling.

This preference concerns eligible future topic searches made while enabled. Turning it off is not a promise that previously shared content has been removed; consult the privacy details or contact support for that request.

Choose the right Utilities action and understand what it changes before using it.

  1. Open the account menu, choose "Settings", and select "Utilities".
  2. To remove account search history and saved search sessions, find "Clear search data" and click the "Clear" button in that row. This is broader than deleting one history item.
  3. To remove cached community sets and unfinished local drafts on this device, find "Clear set cache" and use that row’s "Clear" button.
  4. To restore Search, Playback, and Discover preferences, click "Reset" beside "Reset defaults", then click "Save" to apply the reset.
  5. Read the result notice after the action. Choose each row by its label; the two Clear buttons perform different operations.

These actions can remove saved activity or unfinished drafts. They are not necessary just to replay the tutorial, search this guide, or change the app’s appearance.

Locate account deletion and review its effects before confirming.

  1. Sign in to the account you intend to delete, open "Settings", and select "Account".
  2. Scroll to "Delete account" and read the description of the account, sessions, history, settings, and sets that will be removed.
  3. Click "Delete account…" to reveal the confirmation controls.
  4. Enter the account’s current password. Choose "Cancel" if you do not want to proceed.
  5. Click "Permanently delete" only after deciding to delete the account, then wait for the result. The account screen states that an active Stripe subscription is canceled automatically as part of deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. Use Sign out if you only want to stop using this account on the current device, or the separate history controls if you only want to remove saved sessions.

Troubleshooting and support

Understand the wait, reconnect to the saved session, and retry the visible failure.

  1. Keep the tab open while the search starts. Check your internet connection if progress appears to stop.
  2. Reload once if the page is unresponsive, then reopen the existing session from sidebar history so you return to the same lesson.
  3. If the feed displays "Reels couldn’t load" or a retry action, retry once using that action and wait for the result. Avoid repeatedly sending the same search from New search.
  4. If the screen says no more verified reels are available, read its next actions. For a goal task, use "Back to Goal" or the indicated prerequisite or retry option.
  5. After sending, wait while Nosca reads the material and prepares the first playable reels. Source availability, long videos, image-heavy documents, and your connection can affect the wait.
  6. Check for an error or status message before sending the request again. If reels are already available, you can study them while additional work continues.
  7. If the same problem continues, note the approximate time, source type or filename, and exact visible error for support.

Check the source format, size, attachment count, and link type.

  1. Read the exact error near the composer or attachment area. Note whether it concerns one file, the combined attachment count, or the video link.
  2. For lesson materials, use PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or HEIF. Files must not be empty, must fit within 10 MiB each, and must stay within the 10-material limit.
  3. Open the file on your device to check that it is readable and fully downloaded. Replace a damaged file or export it to a supported format if needed.
  4. Remove the rejected attachment with its X, select the corrected file, check the filename chips, and submit once.
  5. For a lesson from a video, use a public YouTube video link. Check that it opens and is still available. A link accepted by the community set editor may still be unsupported by the lesson composer.
  6. If a supported, readable source still fails, contact support with the source type, filename, time, and visible error. You do not need to include sensitive study material to report the problem.

Check player mute, device volume, and the permission for speaking practice.

  1. Click "Play" if the reel is paused, then click the speaker labeled "Unmute". Some browsers require a click before they allow sound.
  2. Check the device volume, selected audio output, and whether the browser tab itself is muted.
  3. Open Settings, then Playback, and review "Start all reels muted" if each new search starts silently.
  4. For speaking practice, click "Record explanation" and allow the microphone prompt. If you previously denied it, change the microphone permission for the Nosca site in browser settings.
  5. Return to the speaking screen and try the recording control again. If it still fails, record the exact error and browser/device details for support.

Check your account identity and verification before looking for missing sessions or sets.

  1. Read the error on the sign-in or verification screen. Enter your Nosca username in the username field and check the password carefully.
  2. If asked to verify your email, use the verification code sent to the email shown on the screen. Check spam or junk folders if the message is missing.
  3. Use the resend action when available if you need a new code, then enter the latest code in the active verification form.
  4. If your history, sets, or plan looks different, check the signed-in username. Return to the account that originally owned that content or subscription.
  5. If the session expired, sign in again and reopen the feature. For previously saved learning, look in History before creating another lesson.
  6. If you need to reset a forgotten password or cannot sign in, use "Email Nosca support" near the end of this Help Center and describe the issue. Do not send your password or verification code in the support message.

Check account access, draft activation, prerequisites, and the task’s current status.

  1. Open Goals from the app’s sidebar and read any access message. Check that you are signed in to the account that owns the goal and that its plan includes the required access.
  2. If the goal is still a draft, finish any planner questions, review the generated plan, and activate it before expecting its learning tasks to be ready.
  3. Expand the task and read its prerequisites. A locked task can require earlier learning; start an available prerequisite instead.
  4. If a previously opened task link no longer works, return to the goal and open the task from its current agenda rather than reusing the old link.
  5. If the feed runs out of available reels, inspect the task status and the next actions shown. Source exhaustion by itself does not mark a task mastered.
  6. When the problem persists, report the goal title, task title, visible status, approximate time, and error to support.

Prepare a clear problem report and find the support and copyright-report addresses.

  1. Click "Email Nosca support" near the end of this Help Center to email business.reelai@gmail.com.
  2. Include the email address on your Nosca account, whether you were using the web or iPhone app, and a short description of what you wanted to do.
  3. List the actions you took, what you expected, what happened instead, the approximate time, and the exact visible error. For a learning issue, include the topic, goal/task title, or source type and filename where relevant.
  4. Include your browser and device details for a web issue, or your iPhone and iOS details for an app issue. A screenshot can help if it does not expose private material.
  5. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or sensitive study material.
  6. For copyright reports, use dmca@reelai.app and the reporting information in the legal documents.
